Pathways

Pathways of Western Iowa is a service specifically designed to help individuals with various forms of Mental Illness and Brain Injury. Although this program is a ‘stand alone’ entity, it is part of the parent corporation, Crossroads of Western Iowa. This organization is operated from the Indian Creek Apartment complex in Council Bluffs, Iowa.   

Services are specifically designed around the individual needs of the person in service. Often times these services involve in-home assistance, transportation to medical appointments, or out into the community for needed shopping.   

This program may be accessed through contacting the Pottawattamie County Case Management or Department of Human Services office in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
